Our Staff
Oranus joined the staff of Creative Montessori School in 2004.
Oranus is a devoted wife and mother of three. She lived in Iran up until her high school graduation, when she moved to France to attend University. She graduated from the Faculte de Lettres in Montpellier with a psychology major. Upon her graduation, she moved to Toronto for a few years and then moved to the United States, first to California and then up here to the Pacific Northwest.
Oranus has been teaching various subjects since 1999. Over the course of her career, she has taught French at l’ Alliance Francaise in Seattle and also privately tutors French. She was a substitute teacher at both the Northshore and the Lake Washington School districts for some time. In 2004, she was Montessori trained and, due to her love of children, began working at Creative Montessori School.
